Meet Our Founder - Rohan Machado

With a passion for fitness ignited during my college years, I immersed myself in the world of health and wellness, making it my life's mission. Through relentless dedication and personal experience, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge in fitness and athleticism. My unique approach to bodybuilding is instinctive, guided by a philosophy aimed at unlocking each client's full physical and mental potential.

Beyond traditional training methods, my expertise extends to sports massage and remedial soft tissue therapy, honed through specialized training at the esteemed Chiva-Som Academy in Thailand. Utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release (STR), and targeted stretching, I help clients improve flexibility, enhance mobility, alleviate muscle soreness, reduce stress, and prevent injuries.

Reflecting on her journey, Rishma recalls her own battles with fitness and self-image. From being far from the fittest person to embracing the weight room, she found solace in the iron and fell in love with the process of becoming stronger, fitter, and healthier.
